State Forfeiture Statutes

Most state forfeiture statutes are now available online, on websites where they are perpetually updated.  We're in the process of updating our state statute collection below by linking to these outside websites.  Because we cannot link directly to some of the individual forfeiture statutes on these sites, we list some of the various forfeiture statutes and their citations beneath the name of the state.  Most of these websites have their own search engines, in case we didn't list what you're looking for. Some go directly to results for "forfeiture." Others require YOU to enter the search terms after you click on the link. Some states have collected their forfeiture codes under a single heading; others still have them spread throughout the various individual offences.

Helpful Hint:  The Findlaw links are often not up to date, but, they can be helpful for searching out particular Codes & Statutes when the search function is unavailable at the State site.
