However, in Berks County 1998 will be the first year the forfeiture fund is audited by an independent auditer. Although the fund has been in existence for aproxmately 10 years, the county controller has only recently become aware of the requirement to audit this fund. It may be that some D.A.s in the Commonwealth are not seeking out independent audits of their funds. Please find your county listed below, and contact your county controller.
