NM Senate Bill 10 is a great improvement and is sponsored by Sen. Manny Aragon, Pres pro tem, a law school classmate of mine and a liberal democrat. Our problem is our governor. He is quite unpredictable and is inclined to veto any democratic bills regardless of their merit.
