paid civil penalties to settle civil forfeiture actions alleging violations
of federal trucking safety and drug testing requirements. The firms, amounts

reports.

of work-to-rest and employee drug rehabilitation program requirements.

J&R Farms - $1,000 for allegedly failing to provide drug testing or
a drug rehabilitation program as required by federal law.

status and vehicle inspection requirements.
