Bissell on Channel 2 in New York

At noon on Monday, October 2nd, Greg Fuhs and John Paff were interviewed by Ren Scott of WCBS-TV, Channel 2, New York, concerning the recent indictment of Somerset County Prosecutor Bissell.

Greg's interview concerned Bissell's attempt to forfeit his house and life savings ($70,000) due to a few marijuana plants Greg grew in his back yard. In my interview, I gave a fast overview of forfeiture laws, why they're unfair, and chastised the Somerset County Freeholders for being "asleep at the switch" during Bissell's tenure as prosecutor.

Ren Scott wasn't able to say when, or if, our interview will air. It could be at 5, 6 or 11 p.m., today. Also, they might wait until tomorrow and include our segment in a larger story about Bissell's arraignment in Federal Court, scheduled for tomorrow at 9 A.M. in Newark.
